Presently, the system continues to be in active use for monitoring project performance on a global scale.

I created an adaptable data flow that ensured a seamless ETL pipeline from collection to donor reporting across our entire country portfolio. Consequently, our team eliminated the need for paper-based survey data collection, enhancing cloud based storage capabilities and collaborative efforts. This improvement significantly increased the efficiency of the M&E team in data reviews and reporting timelines. These efforts led to the development of a digital M&E system, subsequently achieving scalability across all of Mercy Corps.

Established a standardized workflow for a multi-year program, optimizing the utilization of mobile data collection to gather and oversee monthly monitoring data. This enhanced efficiency across the entire end-to-end process for both the M&E and program teams, enabling them to focus more on data analysis rather than data collection. Additionally, to facilitate real-time sharing and publication of results, I developed an online data visualization application that featured interactive beneficiary mapping and graphics, offering a dynamic representation of the program's progress and accomplishments.

I contributed to the examination and analysis of Mission Metrics data submissions, an organization-wide initiative evaluating the organization's commitment to achieving its mission through quantifiable impact. I generated nearly 40 country-level reports and over a dozen regional and thematic reports based on the identified findings. Furthermore, I provided technical support and conducted data analysis for the global MEL team, aiding country offices and field teams in various projects. This included designing a data management platform for the Ethiopia project CHELBI, conducting statistical analysis for the Iraq project BPCS, and supervising data management and statistical analysis for the Somalia project SYLI, while also preparing data for a research study on Peacebuilding and Resilience in the Horn of Africa.
