Lead product at Hikaya from discovery through to build.

  • Assess digital maturity with international NGOs and define the strategy that follows
  • Turn stakeholder needs into user journeys and roadmaps that guide tool and investment decisions
  • Build the ETL pipelines in Airflow and Power Automate and the app features in Python and React

Norwegian Refugee Council

Technical Lead

Led the design and development of program data tools used across NRC's country operations.

  • Took a grants management system from concept to rollout in six months
  • Built a global incident management system that triages cases and escalates them to the right support unit
  • Designed the data models and process flows underneath both
  • Set up a community of practice that raised digital standards and governance across the organization

Co-Founder, Chief Product Officer

Co-founded a company building an indicator management platform for the humanitarian sector.

  • Owned the product from first release
  • Formed partnerships with global data initiatives and standards bodies to raise the quality of humanitarian data
  • Led the merger with Sigmah, an open source M&E tool built over a decade by the humanitarian community

  • Scaled it from pilot to 40 country offices in a year
  • Secured the staffing, budget, and leadership backing needed for global rollout
  • Still in active use today for monitoring project performance worldwide

Advised program and M&E teams across 10 country offices in the Middle East.

  • Aligned M&E and ICT strategy to close gaps in how teams collected and managed data
  • Standardized data management practice across the region
  • Developed teams tools that made donor reporting and accountability to affected populations traceable

Monitoring and Evaluation Manager

Managed M&E across Mercy Corps' Afghanistan country portfolio.

  • Built an ETL pipeline carrying data from field collection through to donor reporting
  • Replaced paper surveys with mobile collection and cloud storage
  • Cut review and reporting time across the M&E team
  • The design became the basis for Mercy Corps' global digital M&E system
